Identify the exact code problem
A request that never sends, a message that never arrives and a code that is rejected are separate problems. Record the exact on-screen message and confirm that you are on an official Binance website or app.
A verification code is sensitive. Genuine support does not need your password, full one-time code, private key or remote access to investigate delivery.
Fix a missing email verification code
- Check the spelling and available mailbox storage.
- Search for Binance and inspect spam, promotions and blocked senders.
- Wait for the timer before requesting one new code.
- Use only the newest message and remove spaces when pasting.
- If the address already has an account, sign in or recover it instead.
Fix a missing SMS verification code
- Check the country code, number and active SIM.
- Inspect blocked or filtered messages.
- Use a stable connection without disguising your location.
- Stop repeated requests that may trigger a temporary limit.
- Use the official help center if delivery still fails.
When the code is invalid or attempts are limited
A newer request may invalidate an earlier code. Do not mix codes from several messages, and check the expiry shown on the page.
If the page reports too many attempts, an account restriction or unavailable service in your region, stop retrying and follow the official support route. Do not create duplicate accounts to bypass a restriction.
